How to use:

Take orally, place under your tongue and hold for 1-2 minutes and swallow. The longer you hold the oil under your tongue, the more you will absorb in the capillaries under the tongue. Take every 4-6 hours. Take 1-2 serving per day, 1 serving is a section approximately the size of a grain of rice.

At times the CBN oil can become hard or solidified, and it may be difficult to push the oil from the syringe. When this happens, simply fill a glass with warm water and let the syringe suspend in the glass with the protective cap still on for 1-2 minutes. Remove the syringe from the water, and the oil should be loose and easily be pushed from the syringe.

Storage:

It is recommended that you store your CBN oil in a cool, dark and dry place such as a pantry or cupboard. Exposure to excessive levels of heat, light, and moisture may cause evaporation and subsequent degradation of the oil, reducing its shelf life.
